Although semi retired from active service, Mathew plays a key role in advocating safe systems of work. He is often seen on sites with coffee in one hand and a clipboard in the other, offering endless advice

Technical Manager
Krystian will be found working hard behind the scenes orginising or often in his case re-orginising everything to Germanic precision. Krystain is a key figure in the company and holds a lot of responsibility. When not working or hunting directors, he is a fitness fanatic and can be found in the gym at 5:30am

Chris Kissick
Chis not only has an expert knowledge of buildings. He has a ability to foresee a problem before anyone else would, this is a rare gift. His proven track record to solve complex problems has made him the go to man. When not working, he spends as much time with his friends and young family

Chief Engineer
Luke's well regarded as the expert and his guidance is often sought after. Luke advises and consults on most of our work and can often be seen advising and consulting junior and senior members of staff. Luke has excellent customer service skills and we have yet to give him a challenge he cannot solve
Roofing Technician
Fletcher Jones
Fletcher's normally found at the highest part of the building stripping and re-felting a roof ready to be re-battening and felting. He normally works in unfavorable weather conditions and does not complain once. Fletcher has a good work ethic and excellent customer service skills and is always up for a challenge.
Adam Couling
Quality Inspector
Adam works part of the roofing and inspection team and has successfully worked on Solar integrations or otherwise called PV Integrated systems. Adam's precision played a key part in the successful integration on large projects.
Conner Hathaway
Technician
Conner works with Robert to maintain the pluming and heating in our properties. Conner is a fully qualified plumber and is always on hand when there is leak!
Transport coordinator
Ray Hennah
Ray works closely with technical to make sure the resources and equipment is there on site when needed. The recovery and booking in of resources is just as important as the deployment and the sorting of anything that can be recycled is a priority as part of our corporate responsibility
Trystian Hill
Administration & Business Support
Trystian works closely with Rob and keeps track on expenditure. Trystian is always on the prowl for fuel receipts and expenses as every penny counts.
